RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any damaged or defective goods must be declared to bath4home within 7 days of receiving the products. In this case, bath4home commits to providing either an exchange cost or a return at its cost.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the goods.

In case of the return, the customer commits to paying for the transport of the returned item, unless it was properly declared as defective or damaged within the 7 given days.

The merchandise must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging in order to get a refund for the returned merchandise; a restocking fee of up to 35% of the merchandise’s retail price may be deducted for any damaged boxes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE
- Full payment (100%) of the invoice is required for delivery.
- The customer is responsible to inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
- Any merchandise received damaged or missing must be reported within a maximum period of 7 days following the receipt of the merchandise.
